Dr. Naomi Bernstein

I specialize in a mindfulness based group therapy approach for relationship issues such as friendship and relationship break-ups, family dynamics and unhealthy relationship patterns.

I LOVE my work and I am here to help guide you through the process of rewiring your brain for peace and resilience no matter what life throws at you. I am a compassionate psychologist who will support and challenge you; providing a safe community within which to explore your feelings and make positive changes in your life.

Depression, anxiety and relationship stress can leave you feeling hopeless.

Our group therapy community can help you explore the underlying cause of these feelings and take back control over your life and your emotions.

We all have what it takes to be happy. Sometimes we need a little help to sort through all of the clutter and find true peace and serenity.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're interested in a path to a more meaningful, connected and resilient experience in life; group therapy provides a built in supportive community ready to listen and support on Day 1. I look forward to taking this life changing journey with you.

Group Therapy

Groups are designed to help patients feel connected in managing the universal experience of the huge pull of fear and desire that run our lives. We can connect on this as humans regardless of the struggle of this season. Group therapy is for anyone who is just beginning to introspect through therapy or for those who have done talk therapy, are feeling stuck repeating the same narrative and looking to take self exploration to the next level.

Individual Therapy

This is therapy designed to bring old wounds to the surface and train your mind to notice when these wounds are needing to be seen and honored. We then learn to relax into the discomfort this brings up and respond with intention to improve relationships and become more present to fully engage with life.

Couple Therapy

Couple therapy can bring your relationship back to life! Therapy can help you uncover the loving feelings that once existed that have been buried under hurt and resentment and fueled by unhealthy communication.

When both partners learn and practice mindfulness together we become conscious responders rather than unconscious reactors. This transforms our old wounds into an opportunity for loving connection.
